Ha Giang Half Marathon, Vietnam, 04.2017

Time: The last week of April or First week of May, annually.

Location: Dong Van Town, Ha Giang, North Vietnam.

Registration and fee: https://hagiangmarathon.com/ .Open to register on January or sooner. Fee: 60-70 USD depends (distance and early bird or late registration). (but I joined its first time and it was free, big luck!!!)

Route: Excellent. Every one should try at least once (I plan to comeback sometimes). In 2017, there was no U-turnaround, run through from Dong Van Town to Meo Vac (21km approximately). From the second year on, they made an U-turn, so you might run the 42km route to see the same scenes with my 21km).

Run through clouds literaly. But you should consider up and down hills (pretty much).

Organizing: Good enough, not too bad but not too supportive (no fruit, just water).

This was my first half marathon back then. Never thought I can run this far.

Fly 1500km, on bus through 500km and finally, enjoy my very first 21km HM with coolest weather, a little bit clouds on the road and breath-taking view. This is my high recommendation for those who love running.
